Artwork Guidelines
Professional artwork produces professional results. Review these guidelines before submitting your design to help ensure the highest quality print possible.
Accepted File Formats
Vector Files
AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF files are preferred whenever available.
Transparent PNG
Transparent PNG files are recommended for tee shirt designs.
High-Quality JPEG
JPEG files may be accepted if they are high-resolution and print-ready.
Artwork Requirements
- Artwork should be at least 300 DPI at the final print size.
- Transparent backgrounds are strongly recommended for apparel designs.
- Submit artwork at or near the intended print size whenever possible.
- Convert fonts to outlines when submitting AI, EPS, or PDF files.
- RGB color mode is preferred for Direct-to-Garment printing.
- Avoid screenshots, blurry images, or low-quality web graphics.
Before You Submit
- Artwork is centered properly.
- There is no unwanted background.
- The image is not blurry or pixelated.
- Fonts are outlined when needed.
- The file name clearly identifies your project.
Common Reasons Artwork Gets Delayed
- Low-resolution or pixelated images.
- Screenshots from websites or social media.
- Non-transparent backgrounds when transparency is needed.
- Missing or unoutlined fonts.
- Copyrighted logos or artwork without permission.
- Files that are damaged or cannot be opened.
